Community & Content Guidelines

Please do not post

• Full names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or social handles — yours or anyone else's.
• Identifying health, mental health, immigration, criminal, or financial details about another person.
• Anything about a child that could identify them.
• Links, promotions, fundraising appeals, or solicitation of any kind.
• Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or graphic descriptions of violence or self-harm.
• Content you do not have the right to share.

Before a post goes through, we run an automatic check for things like emails, phone numbers, addresses, and links, and we will ask you to edit before submitting. That check is a helper, not a guarantee — you are still responsible for what you share.

How moderation works

• Every submission is reviewed before it appears publicly.
• Anyone can report a post with the flag control; reported posts are pulled from public view for re-review.
• We remove content that breaks these guidelines, and we may remove content at our discretion to protect someone's safety.
• Rate limits apply to prevent flooding.

Removal and appeals

You can ask us to remove your own post at any time, for any reason, using Your Privacy Choices or the contact form. If we removed something of yours and you believe that was a mistake, reply to us and a person will look again.

Your private journal is different

Prayers, gratitude entries, and reflections in your journal are private to your account, are never published, and are never used as marketing content. You can also lock individual entries so they stay hidden even inside your own tabs until you choose to reveal them.
