Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · Effective August 14, 2026 · 365 of Hope LLC
These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and 365 of Hope LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"), which operates 365 of Hope® at 365ofhope.com. By creating an account, subscribing, purchasing, donating, or posting, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The site and all products are provided by 365 of Hope LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. 365 of Hope® is a trademark of 365 of Hope LLC. We are a for-profit company. We are not a church, a non-profit, a 501(c)(3) organization, or a charity, and payments to us — including gifts made through the Sponsor page — are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.
2. Eligibility — you must be 18 or older
Accounts, purchases, memberships, and public posts are for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly permit accounts for anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we will close it and delete the associated data.
3. Your account
- Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep your email current so we can reach you.
- You may close your account at any time from Your Privacy Choices.
4. Spiritual encouragement — not professional advice
Everything on this site — devotions, reflections, prayers, journal prompts, emails, workbooks, and community posts — is spiritual encouragement and general information only. It is not medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, pastoral counseling, or attorney-client relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for your situation. See our Safety & Crisis Resources.
In an emergency, do not use this site. Call 911 (US) or your local emergency number. In the US you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
5. No guarantees of outcome
We make no promise or guarantee of any spiritual, emotional, relational, health, or financial outcome from using the site or our products. Testimonials and stories reflect individual experiences only and are not typical results.
6. Purchases, memberships, and donations
Digital products, memberships, and gifts are described on their own pages and governed by our Purchases, Billing & Refunds policy, which is part of these Terms. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
7. Licence to use our content
Devotions, articles, workbooks, PDFs, artwork, and the site itself are owned by 365 of Hope LLC or its licensors. When you purchase a digital product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print it for your own personal or immediate-family use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish, upload to a file-sharing or AI-training corpus, or use our content commercially without written permission. Church or group use requires a separate written licence — just ask.
8. Your content and the public walls
The Prayer Wall and Praise Wall are public. Anything you post there can be read by anyone on the internet and may be indexed by search engines. Do not post names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, links, health details about identifiable people, or anything you would not want made permanent. Our Community & Content Guidelines apply to every submission.
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting publicly you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, moderate, and remove that post in connection with operating the site. You can ask us to remove your public post at any time.
Your private journal — prayers, gratitude entries, reflections, and attachments — is notpublic and is never used as marketing content.
9. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, solicitation, or impersonation.
- No posting another person's private information.
- No scraping, bulk downloading, reverse engineering, or automated access without permission.
- No attempts to breach security, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, contact us with a description of the work, the URL of the material, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy. We will review and remove infringing material promptly. We have not yet designated a registered DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, so please use the contact details below.
11. Third-party services
We rely on Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), and our hosting and database providers to run the site. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse them.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 365 of Hope LLC and its members, managers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 365 of Hope LLC from claims arising out of content you post, your misuse of the site, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and kindly. There is no mandatory arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these Terms; you keep your right to bring a claim in small claims court.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make a material change we will update the version and effective date at the top of this page and, for account holders, notify you by email or in-app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the site after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Miscellaneous
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies linked from the Legal Center, are the entire agreement between us.
