Purchases, Billing & Refunds
Version 1.0 · Effective August 14, 2026 · 365 of Hope LLC
All purchases are made from 365 of Hope LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number. Prices are shown in US dollars and any applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
Digital downloads
Workbooks, journals, and devotional plans are digital files you download and print. Nothing is shipped. After payment you get an immediate download link and the file is added to your Library, where you can re-download it any time your account is open. You receive a personal licence for your own or immediate-family use, as described in the Terms of Use.
Refunds on digital products
Pending owner confirmation: the refund policy for digital downloads has not been provided yet, so it is intentionally left blank rather than guessed. Contact us and we'll respond directly.
Whatever the policy, if a file is corrupted, will not download, or is not what the product page described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Hope Circle membership — billing disclosures
Before you subscribe, here is exactly what you are agreeing to:
- What it is: a recurring subscription, billed automatically until you cancel.
- Price and interval: the amount and billing period shown on the Membership page at the moment you subscribe — monthly plans renew every month, annual plans renew every 12 months.
- Automatic renewal: your card is charged at the start of each new period at the then-current price, with no further action by you.
- How to cancel: one click, any time, from Settings → Membership → Manage billing. You can also email us and we will cancel for you.
- What cancelling does: stops future charges. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; we do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.
- Price changes: we will email you before any price increase takes effect and you can cancel first.
Digital products you purchased outright remain yours after cancellation. Member-only content that was included with the membership is no longer accessible once the membership ends.
Cancel your membership
Go to Settings → Membership → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing, and we send a confirmation email. No phone call, no retention conversation, no forms.
Gifts
When you buy a workbook as a gift, we email the recipient a download link and your personal note. The purchase is charged to you. If you sent it to the wrong address, contact us within 30 days and we will re-send it.
Sponsor a Woman's Hope — gifts, not charitable donations
365 of Hope LLC is a for-profit company, not a 501(c)(3) charity. Gifts made on the Sponsor page support the ongoing work of 365 of Hope® and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. You will receive a payment receipt, not a charitable donation acknowledgement. Gifts are voluntary, one-time, and generally non-refundable, but if you gave by mistake or in an unintended amount, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
Failed payments and chargebacks
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry and email you. If it keeps failing we will pause membership access rather than keep charging. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before filing a dispute — we can usually resolve it the same day.
Store credit
Store credit issued by us has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is tied to your account, and does not expire while your account is open.
